Travis Elton Rice, 45, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am on Friday, January 8, 2021 at First Baptist Church Stinnett with Pastor Kade Morrison and Pastor Billy Paul Vinson officiatin­g. Burial will follow in Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at the funeral home. Travis was born May 14, 1975 in Perryton, Texas to Dwight Rice and Karen Johnson Rice. He married Terri Dozier on March 9, 2002 in Borger. Travis enjoyed doing anything outdoors, hunting, working cattle, ranching and riding four wheelers. He liked to watch television and listen to talk radio. Nothing brought more joy to his life than his family, especially his kids.

He is preceded in death by his grandparen­ts, Audie Elton and Naomi Rice of Guymon, Johnny and Marge Johnson of Guymon; grandparen­ts- in- law, L.T. Dozier of Stinnett and Leon and Eldora Brower of Stinnett.

Survivors include his wife, Terri Rice of Stinnett; son, Rowdy Rice of Stinnett; daughter, Audie Rice of Stinnett; parents, Dwight and Karen Rice of Stinnett; brother, Dwight Rice and wife Andreia of Borger; sister, Shelly Heatley and husband Brent of Amarillo; mother and father-in-law, Randy and Nancy Dozier of Lorena, Texas; sisterin-law, Amy Mundy and husband Shawn of Waco; grandmothe­r-inlaw, Charlene Dozier of Pampa; nephews, Brady Heatley, Jayce Heatley, Mason Mundy, Ivry Mundy; nieces, Natalee Rice, Lyndee Heatley, Z.J. Mundy; and a host of extended family.
