Alice Breuer, 89-year-old Guymon, Oklahoma resident passed away Sunday, Sept. 5, 2021, at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Guymon , Oklahoma.

The daughter of Selma ( Becking ) Maag and Edward L. Maag, Alice was born on Dec. 29 1931, in Watertown, South Dakota. She attended school in Florence, South Dakota and graduated with the class of 1949.

On Oct. 9, 1954, Alice was united in marriage to Duane Eugene Breuer in Florence, South Dakota. They were blessed with three children.

The family moved to Guymon in 1967. During her working career Alice worked for Wilson Jewelers , S&H green stamp store and the Lumber Mart.

Alice had many hobbies which included gardening, photograph­y, playing bridge and spending time with family especially the great-grandchild­ren.

She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Guymon.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, husband Duane, three brothers; Victor Maag, Darrell Maag and Lester Maag, two sisters; Evonne Lesner and Patricia Sumner.

She leaves behind to carry on her legacy, one daughter: Deborah Winters and husband Stan of Mertens, Texas, two sons; Douglas and wife Julia Breuer of Pampa, Texas and Kevin Breuer and wife Phyllis of Guymon, one sister Eileen Maag of Florence, South Dakota, three brothers Vince Maag and wife Mary of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Donald Maag of Florence, South Dakota and Jerry Maag and wife Lynn of Crosby, Minnesota, grandchild­ren: Amy Stelzer and husband Tony, Douglas Breuer, Nickolas Breuer, Casey Baird and husband Aaron, Christy Bolz and husband Joel, Kimberlee Hubbard and husband Billy, Blair Breuer, Shane Winters and wife Rhonda, Ben Winters and wife Donya, Courtney Reedy and husband Steven, great-grandchild­ren; Walker, Cheyenne, Conner, Caileah, Nakota, Chaske, Reagan, Presley, Harlie, Emma, Elizabeth, Andrew, McCoy, Kennedi, Lillie, Mia, Hayden, Tate, Kyler, Dakota, Carley, Ty, Luke, Lilly, Cole and one great-great-Grandson.

Visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 10, 2021, from Noon till 6 p.m. at Henson-Novak Funeral Directors with the family being present from 4 p.m. 'till 6 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, at St. Peters Catholic Church with Fr. Christophe­r Brashears officiatin­g.
