Ten-yearold Lewis Barnavelt (Owen Vaccaro) is sent to live with his uncle Jonathan (Jack Black) after Lewis’ parents are killed in a car accident in Eli Roth’s engaging 2018 horror comedy, which is adapted from a popular 1973 novel by John Bellairs. Jonathan’s house is old and creaky, and Lewis is both thrilled and scared to learn the abode was once home to a dark wizard. Cate Blanchett, Kyle MacLachlan and Renée Elise Goldsberry from Broadway’s “Hamilton” also star.

After Max’s (Cheyenne Jackson) boss, Carter (Julian Gant), helps Kat (Mayim Bialik) win a seat on the local business council, he feels betrayed when she doesn’t vote in favor of allowing Max’s bar to stay open later in the new episode “Business Council.” Meanwhile, Sheila (Swoosie Kurtz) asks Max to help her move some of her furniture so a boyfriend can move in, and Randi (Kyla Pratt) asks Phil (Leslie Jordan) for help with a photography project. Yvette Nicole Brown guest stars.

From the production team behind “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” this new six-episode onehour docuseries follows social media superstar TS Madison as she makes her way through an emerging “new normal” in the world and pursues her dream of becoming the first Black transgender woman to host a mainstream talk show. The series also features Madison’s manager,

Leggra; her deeply religious mother, Ms. Mary; personal assistant Che Che; AV wizard Oliver; and reality TV star Tiffany “New York” Pollard, one of Madison’s most outspoken advocates.
