Pixar exhibit

Cincinnati Museum Center (CMC) is extending The Science Behind Pixar exhibition, giving everyone more time with their favorite characters. The Science Behind Pixar is being extended through the summer.

To create the whimsical worlds of Toy Story, Cars, Inside Out, Brave, Coco and more, Pixar artists used a lot of imagination and a lot of science. The Science Behind Pixar puts you in the artist’s seat through eight interactive areas, shining a lamp on the filmmaking process. The exhibition delivers an unparalleled view of the production pipeline used by Pixar’s artists and computer scientists, revealing the STEM concepts behind modeling, rigging, surfaces, sets and cameras, animation, simulation, lighting and rendering.
