 ?? CONTRIBUTE­D ?? Hamilton Police officer Kristy Collins went to 13 elementary schools and spoke to about 800 third graders about the importance of wearing a seat belt. The students were then asked to make a poster with a slogan about seat belts and safety which were entered into a contest. One winner from each school was recognized during a recent program at the Michael J. Colligan Lodge at Veterans Park in Hamilton. Along with Officer Collins, students were joined by Police Chief Craig Bucheit and City Council members Carla Fiehrer and Michael Ryan.
