Listing agreement

Lebanon City Council approved entering a real estate listing agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL) for city-owned property being marketed for business development.

As part of the city’s 2022 Goals and Objectives, council wants to strengthen its tax bas through quality economic development. The city is planning to market cityowned property for development, specifically on West Main Street and the industrial property within the Columbia Business Park.

The firm has provided the city with a leasing and sale agreement to be the exclusive broker for the city-owned land on West Main Street and in Columbia Business Park that includes a one-year listing of the properties and an advertising plan with collateral that highlights the properties and promotes the Lebanon area.

The agreement covers the West Main Street site has 48 acres for development, while the Columbia Business Park site had 30 acres for development.
