CHRISTIAN DIOR: DESIGNER OF DREAMS

The exhibition at The Brooklyn Museum tracing the history and legacy of the House of Dior is on view through February 20th 2022.

The Brooklyn Museum presentation of the Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams opens with a journey through time and space—Paris to

New York. The House’s multiple sources of inspiration—from Versailles to the splendor of flowers—are on display. Visitors may also discover dresses that have graced the most dazzling actresses, from Grace Kelly to Jennifer Lawrence.The exhibition is curated by Florence Muller, Avenir Foundation Curator of Textile Art and Fashion at the Denver Art Museum, in collaboration with Matthew Yokobosky, Senior Curator of Fashion and Material Culture, Brooklyn Museum.
