QUESTION 2
The Courant recommends a yes* vote on the question asking if the state Constitution should be amended to require a public hearing on any sale or disposition of state land and a two-thirds vote of the General Assembly before transferring property, such as state parks, that are under the control of the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
