The Wolf Pack won their fourth in a row Saturday, beating the Charlotte Checkers 5-3 in Hartford. Third-period goals by Peter Holland and Cole Schneider broke a 3-3 tie, and Dustin Tokarski made 30 saves for Hartford, including 19 in the third period. Matt Beleskey added three assists. … Emily Sweeney of Suffield, who crashed badly at the Pyeong Chang Olympics in February, became the first American to win a World Cup luge medal this season in her first major race back from the crash. Sweeney won bronze Saturday in Whistler, Canada, behind Germans Natalie Geisenberger and Julia Taubitz.
