Green, Rose Mae (Booth)

Rose M. Green, 97 of Woodstock, Maryland passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. She was born December 31st, 1923 in Sumter County, Georgia to the late Booker T. Booth and Alma Greene Booth. Rose retired from G. Fox & Co. after many years of service to care for her late husband Charles E. Green and sisterin-law Ruth E. Rhea.

She is survived by daughters Georgeanne (Anne) Tyson Grant of Woodstock, MD and Barbara Booth Thomas of Washington, DC; four grandchildren, Derek (Delphine) Lane, of Windsor Locks, CT, Christopher Lane, of Wethersfield, CT, Meredith (Claude) Braxton, of Woodstock, MD and Michael Atkins, of Bloomfield, CT twelve great-grands and nine great-great grandchildren. A live streamed celebration of her life will take place on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Services will be held at the Wylie Funeral Home in Randallstown, Maryland.
