Rosenblatt, Harold M

Harold Marvin Rosenblatt, 77 years old, of Trinity Florida, passed away on May 5th, 2021 after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am, on Monday May 10th at Cutler Family Circle, 63 Hurlbut Street, West Hartford CT, 06110 with Rabbi Joseph Gopin of Chabad of Greater Hartford officiating. Arrangements are by Weinstein Mortuary.

Shiva will be at the Chabad of Glastonbury, 25 Harris Street, Glastonbury CT, 06033 immediately after the service.

Harold was born on June 23, 1943 in Hartford, CT to Herman and Marion Rosenblatt. He married Sandra Rosenblatt on May 2, 2003 in West Hartford, CT and they were happily married for 18 years. He graduated from The University of Connecticut with a Degree in Pharmacy and worked for over 30 years as a Pharmacist. During his college career, he was a member of Adler AZA Fraternity. Shortly after retirement, he and Sandra moved to Trinity, Florida, where he was known for his sharp wit and love of theater. He was involved in a local theater group and performed in many productions. Harold also loved to cook and was known for his delicious homemade bagels and pizza. He was a wonderful grandfather who lived for his grandchildren, all of whom will miss him dearly.

Harold is survived by his wife Sandra Rosenblatt. From his first marriage, he is survived by his children: Sarah Dreyer (Darryl), Robert Rosenblatt (Susan) and Howard Rosenblatt. Grandchildren: Jacob Dreyer, Zachary Dreyer, Alyssa Dreyer, Sophia Dreyer, Joseph Rosenblatt, Emma Rosenblatt, Charles Rosenblatt, Avraham Rosenblatt and Adiel Rosenblatt.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
