Change reporting on COVID-19 statistics

Each day I read The Courant’s reporting on the number of new COVID-19 infections, hospitalizations and deaths.

Now that all who desire have been vaccinated, we need a new approach to these statistics. I would like to see statistics for people who have been vaccinated — their infection, hospitalization and death rates. Truly, those who choose not to be vaccinated should not factor into the decision to reopen our state. The unvaccinated are free to remain home and wear their dreaded masks forever. The need for the rest of us to observe COVID-19 protocols is over.
