June Veronica Grenier, 87, of Broken Arrow, OK, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. She was born on July 14, 1933 in Hartford, Connecticu­t, daughter to Leo and Justina (Milasius) Grenier.

June studied Mathematic­s at Trinity College where she earned her master's degree. She pursued a career as an engineer in the aerospace industry, retiring from Pratt and Whitney in East Hartford. June was a longtime parishione­r of Holy Trinity Parish while living most of her life in Connecticu­t. She was also a member and served as an officer with the Knights of Lithuania. June loved sewing, knitting, and gardening. She moved to Broken Arrow in 2007 to be near her nephew where she became an active parishione­r of the Church of Saint Benedict.

Surviving family members include her nephew, Doug Grenier, her nieces Laura Mangan-Grenier and Lisa Grenier and husband, Paul Shupak; great nieces and great nephews, Allie and Ruby Grenier, and Benjamin, Daniel, and Rebecca Shupak. June was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, George Grenier, sister-in-law Barbara Grenier, and her nephew, Charles Grenier.

A graveside service for June will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 11 a.m. in Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Rd., Bloomfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for her on Monday in her hometown of Broken Arrow, OK. Carmon Windsor Funeral Home is in care of her committal arrangemen­ts.
