McGlynn, Patric J.
Patric John McGlynn, 19, of Enfield, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 in Indiana. Patric was born on September 18, 2001, in Rockville, the loving son of John and Denise (Helgerson) McGlynn of Enfield. Patric was a graduate of Enfield High School where he was very involved in the art department, played guitar in the Jazz band, and played on the hockey team. He attended Central Connecticut State University as a business management major. He was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity at the college. He worked for Cross PVD and UV Finishing as a Maintenance Lead. Patric was a communicant of Holy Family Church. He was proud of his Native American Heritage and a member of the Bois Forte Tribe of Chippewa. Patric enjoyed music, art and loved working on his Mustang. He also enjoyed working out, spending time with his friends and family, especially his cousins, as well as his beloved four legged companions, Rocky and Chloe. Gavin McGlynn of Enfield; paternal grandparents, John and Margaret McGlynn of Enfield and maternal grandparents, Orlen and Doris Helgerson of Aurora, MN; aunts and uncles, Jason McGlynn, Christopher McGlynn, Jeffrey and Barbara McGlynn, Rebecca Kremenitzer, Brenda Helgerson and Julie Helgerson, Alison Drift, Bobby and Kathy Helgerson, and Thomas Helgerson and Randy Hawkinson; and many cousins, friends, and extended family members. He was predeceased by his uncle, James McGlynn and aunts, Sherrie Hardesty and Camille Helgerson. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for calling hours from 4-7 pm on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT 06082. A Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Holy Family Church, 23 Simon Rd., Enfield, CT 06082. Please meet directly at the church.
