Lester, Davis B.

David Brian Lester, age 55, formerly of Glastonbury and Newington, CT, passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 27, 2021. Born August 30, 1965, in Glendale, AZ, son of Doris C. Pelletier and the late Herbert Dawes Lester, SR.

Mr. Lester was currently employed by AT&T for the past 17 years. David was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping with his family and friends. He also loved to cook. In addition to his mother, Doris Bellucci of Nokomis, FL, he is survived by his wife of 17 years, Courtney Hand Lester; two sons, Andrew, 19, and Alexander, 16, both at home in Greencastle, PA. One brother, Herbert D. Lester, Jr (Monica) of Venice, FL; a nephew, William Lester, of Winsted, CT, and a niece, Elizabeth Lester of Newington, CT, a great nephew Everett Rost of Sharon, CT. Also several cousins.

Services and internment will be private. Arrangements were entrusted to the Harold M. Zimmerman and son Funeral Home in Greencastle, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the CT Children's Medical Center, 282 Washington St, Hartford, CT 06106.
