Robert Hayes Elliott, 88, passed away after a brief illness on September 13, 2021. He was born on July 4, 1933, in

Bristol, CT and was raised lovingly by Fanny and Paul Lund in Kensington, CT. He graduated from Berlin High School in 1951 and went into the army, serving in the Military

Police. In 1954 he began a forty plus year career working for Rowland Products in Kensington, and later for Rowmark and Color Systems. Bob was an active member of the Bethany Covenant Church in Berlin, where he served in a variety of positions including youth counselor, usher, and trustee. He was a Mason, a member of the Order of the Eagles, and a current Member of the Moose Internatio­nal Lodge 183. He loved sports and was on the Men's duckpin bowling league for many years and a long-standing member in the Men's golf league at Timberlin Golf Course playing his last round in July. Bob will be remembered as a caring and loving father, grandfathe­r, and great-grandfathe­r.

He is survived by his daughters Linda Elliott of Berlin and Nancy Elliott of Kensington; his grandchild­ren, Robert Corrigan and his wife Crystal, Kyle Rawlings and his fiancé Lindsey Campbell, Tessa Campbell and her husband Dallas; and his great-grandchild­ren Mason, Ella, Colton, and Declan. He is also survived by his sister Janice Peckham and nieces.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Sept. 27, 2021 at 11 AM at Bethany Covenant Church, 785 Mill St., Berlin. Interment will follow in the Bethany Memorial Garden. Memorial donations may be made to Bethany Covenant Church. Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangemen­ts.
