Jamul, Donna (Neal-Knibbs)

Donna (Kitty) Neal-KnibbsJamul, 86, of Southington, CT, daughter of the late Lenwood and Carrie Neal passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 15th, 2021 due to COVID related illness.

Donna retired from the State of CT as a bookkeeper and continued to work for H& R Block for several more years. Donna was so loved by her family, many dear friends and especially her beloved cat, Coco.

Kitty was such a fighter, beating breast cancer three times but never gave up on life and always brought joy to all those around her. “I cried endlessly when you died but I promise, I won't let the tears mar the smiles

that you've given me when you were alive.” While Kitty will be greatly missed, we can go forward knowing she is at peace.

She leaves her daughter and son-in law, Eileen and

Richard Carnein, her son Edward A. Knibbs (Skip), 3 grandsons and their wives: Michael & Danielle Litke, Steven & Kelly Carnein, and Mark & Tracy Knibbs. She also leaves 6 great grandchildren: Elias, Jonah, Owen, Logan, Dillon and Avery, and was awaiting the birth of her great granddaughter due in February. She also leaves a niece and her husband, Susan & Rick Castelot and her niece Donna Neal. She was predeceased by her second husband Waldo Jamul, her first husband, Edward R. Knibbs, her brother Dale Neal and her grandson Christopher Knibbs.
