Linda M. (Minotti) Melluzzo, 95, of Windsor, beloved wife to the late Vincent S. Melluzzo, Sr., passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Linda was born November 5, 1925, in Sant'Angelo Limosano, Italy,

daughter to Luigi and Elvira Minotti.

In 1934, at the age of nine, she

moved from Italy to Terrytown, NY, with her family. Shortly thereafter relocating to Hartford, CT, where she completed her schooling. Linda

was employed as a travel agent for many years with Davis-Jacob Travel Agency in Hartford. She married the love of her life In December 1967 along with his four children. She was a devoted wife and mother and the family grew with the birth of their son. Linda loved to travel the world, her favorite destinatio­n being Italy. Linda was a friend's friend; staying close thru phone calls, letter writing and visits. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed cooking, playing cards, various word games, and was an avid fan of UCONN Woman's Basketball.

Linda is a communican­t of St. Damien of Molokai Parish, St. Joseph Church, in Poquonock.

Linda is survived by her four loving children, Anthony Melluzzo of San Diego, CA, Margaret Sitler of Old Lyme, CT, Mary Noyes of Marblehead, MA, and Paul Melluzzo (Christine Rodriguez) of Windsor, CT; her ten grandchild­ren Nancy Long (Randy), James Melluzzo, Laurie Finke (Bryan ), Brian Noyes, Michael Noyes, Gregory Noyes, Sarah Noyes, Michelle Sitler, Nathaniel Rodriguez and Aiden Rodriguez and her great-granddaugh­ter Andie Finke; her sister Toni Montecalvo and her husband Peter of Windsor Locks, CT, as well as loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Linda was predecease­d by her son Vincent Melluzzo, Jr., her grandson Joseph Melluzzo, her sister Mary Minotti and a special aunt, Rose Andrioli.

A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, from 4-7 p.m. at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 22, at 11 a.m. at St. Damien of Molokai Parish, St. Joseph Church, 1747 Poquonock Ave., Windsor. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home prior to the Mass beginning at 9:45 a.m. Burial with committal prayers will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
