Cecil N. Graham, 66, of East Windsor, beloved husband of Nancy (Stengel) Graham died unexpected­ly but

peacefully at home on Sunday, August 22, 2021. He was born on September 4, 1954, in Kingston, Jamaica, son of the late Alice (Gravesandy) Willacey and Clifford Graham. Cecil grew up in Jamaica before moving to the U.S. in 1978. He worked as a Computer Operations Supervisor in the banking industry until his retirement. He was an avid Green Bay Packers, New York Yankees and UCONN basketball fan and loved Jazz and Reggae music; but was most passionate about cooking and gardening. Along with his wife, Nancy of East Windsor he leaves his children, Cecil N. Graham Jr., and his wife Julie of Wesley Chapel, FL, Troy Graham of Massapequa, NY, Germaine Graham of West Palm Beach, FL, Cecile

Daniels and her husband Jason of Ellenwood, GA, Douglas Graham of Tampa, FL, and David Graham and his wife Jennifer of Bloomfield; his sister, Rosie Millwood of Queens, NY; his brothers, Michael Willacey of Nottingham, England, and Donovan Benjamin of Leeds, England; 10 grandchild­ren and a host of loving family and friends. He was predecease­d by his

brother, Paul Benjamin. A Celebratio­n of his Life will take place at 12:30pm on Saturday, September 25th at Wickham Park, Emerald Room of the Irish Garden: 1329 Middle Turnpike West, Manchester, CT 06040. The family requests that no jeans are worn and that all attendees bring masks; they will be optional for the planned outdoor service but will be required anytime in an indoor facility.
