John C. DeNigris, 89, of Manchester, CT. passed away Sunday October 3rd, 2021. He was born in New Britain, CT. on September 24th, 1932. John is predeceased by his parents; Patrick and Florencia (Veradi) DeNigris a sister and her husband; Julia and Albert Balboni and a brother; Emanuel DeNigris. John is survived by his wife Janice S. DeNigris and his son; John H. DeNigris of Manchester, CT. and his daughter; Julia A. Nutt of Vernon, CT. as well as extended family and friends. John served with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a member of Chapter One Korean War Vets in South Windsor, CT. John was a retiree of Pratt and Whitney in East Hartford, CT. He was a sports enthusiast and an avid Boston Red Sox Fan. A calling hours for John will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave, East Hartford, Connecticut 06108, followed by a funeral home service at 12:00 PM.
