Santoro, Richard

Richard Santoro, 77, of Wethersfield, passed away on Wednesday (October 6, 2021) at Hartford Hospital after a long illness. He was a Motor Vehicle Inspector for the State of CT for over 35 years, and had many friends throughout the state. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. He enjoyed trips to the casino, especially Atlantic City, day trips to Vermont, bowling, and listening to the "Oldies". He leaves behind his beloved wife Jane, of 54 years; his two daughters, whom he loved very much, Laura and Alicia and two precious grandchildren, Haley and Hunter; his loving sister Joanne and brother, Michael; his nephews, Tommy and Dominic Abate and Danny Pawlak and his niece Angie Sokorai. He also leaves numerous cousins and many dear friends. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday (October 12, 2021) at 11AM in the Rose Hill Funeral

Home, 580 Elm St. Rocky Hill. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, MASKS are required for the indoor portion of the
