Scott, Tina Jo (Kurozawa)

Tina Jo Kurozawa Scott, 58 years old, passed away peacefully in her son and daughterin-law's home on October 2, 2021. Born January 21, 1963, in Hartford, Tina was the daughter of Richard Kurozawa and the late Verna (Shaw) Kurozawa. Tina was a client service specialist for nearly 40 years, starting at Goodwin

Loomis and Britton, now Willis Towers Watson. Tina was a graduate of Glastonbury High School and both a Chartered Financial Consultant and Life Underwriter thru the American College. Tina was the general managing partner of Salzarulo and Scott Realty, LLC. Tina's family was her passion. She'll be remembered for always lending a helping hand no matter how small or large a task; being the best daughter a father could ask for; and a loving mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

Tina is survived by her husband, John Scott, her son Dr. James Aaron Scott and his wife Dr. Rachel Scott, their newborn daughter Olivia Scott, her father Richard T. Kurozawa, her brother Timothy McDougal and his wife

Debra, all of Willington, her brother Brent McDougal Sr. and his wife Nancy of Meriden, her sisters Shelia Salzarulo and Nancy Wilson of East Hartford, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is predeceased by her brothers John McDougal of Willington and Robert McDougal of New Britain.

Tina will be interred in the mausoleum at Mount Saint

Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield in a private ceremony per the family's request. In lieu of flowers, Tina has asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
