Lovett, Lois (Cote)

Lois (Cote) Lovett, 82, of South Windsor, formerly of Westerly, Rhode Island, loving mother and grandmother

passed away peacefully, on Friday, October 7, 2022. Lois was born on August 2, 1940, in Hartford, CT, the beloved daughter of the late Trefflie and Doris Cote. She was raised in Hartford, attended local schools and was a graduate of Hartford Public High School.

Along with raising her family, Lois was employed as a secretary for the State of Connecticut. She worked at the state capitol in Hartford for several years. In her later years, she was a librarian at Asnuntuck Community College in Enfield.

Lois is survived by her two sons, Thomas M. Lovett Jr. and his spouse Lisa of South Windsor and Jeffrey J. Lovett of Geneva, NY and her two cherished grandchildren, Emily Mary Elizabeth Lovett and Thomas M. Lovett III.
