Wolf Pack lose at Charlotte in opener

Anton Levtchi scored 35 seconds into overtime to lift the Checkers past the Hartford Wolf Pack 4-3 in the AHL opener for both teams on Friday night at Charlotte. It was Levtchi’s second goal of the night. Will Cuylle, Laurie Pajuniemi and Julien Gauthier each scored goals for Hartford and Matthew Robertson had two assists. Goalie Louis Domingue, making his Wolf Pack debut, made 40 saves.
