5/27/66 to 12/2/22 - It is with great sorrow that we mourn the passing of Dale, 56, of Torrington, Ct. Memories of Dale will be forever in the minds and hearts of those who knew and loved her. Dale was a great cook, artistically creative and loved the beauty of nature and wildlife. Her talent and imagination came to life in her drawings and paintings. In addition, Dale loved restoring old furniture and was successful in making it better than the original. Her creativity was to be admired whether it be in decorating a room or finding just the right thing to add to its coziness. She was compassionate and had a deep love for her family. Many summer days were spent foraging in the woods or wading in the shallow waters at Old Saybrook with her children and Ray, her 25-year soul mate. They would catch small crabs and then release them upon leaving. This was her way of teaching her children the importance of respecting nature and all living creatures. Dale was happiest when she was in the presence of her family where they shared many precious moments and great laughs. Her laugh was contagious and would always light up a room. Dale leaves behind her three children, Melissa Mascaro, 37 of St Petersburg, FL, Joshua Paradise, 30 and his partner, Amber Martorelli of Enfield, CT and Mari-Rae Waterman, 23 and her partner Anthony Ortiz of Torrington, Ct. In addition, Dale leaves behind her dear love, Ray Mohagel whom she has been with for 25 years. Her mother, Joyce Waterman of Windsor Locks, CT and her father, Wayne Waterman and his wife Barbara of SC and her younger Sister Allyson Costello of Windsor Locks will also mourn this significant loss. Dale is now resting in peace with her younger brother, Thomas, who predeceased her in 2021. She will also be missed by her Aunt Lynne Patten of Charlestown, NH and her Uncle Richard and his wife Carol in Punta Gorda, FL as well as several nieces and nephews and cousins. In our hearts we know that Dale's wish for all would be that of peace and happiness. The family will

hold a private memorial service for Dale in the spring of 2023. Donations in Dale's memory may be made to the World Wildlife Fund https://worldwildlife.org/

donate).
