Allen, Beverly C. (Wain)

Beverly C. (Wain) Allen, 84, of Bloomfield and previously of

Windsor and East Windsor, loving wife of 64 years to the late Vincent J. Allen, passed away on December 10, 2022. She was born on June 7, 1938, to Terrence and Cecile (Donaghue) Wain in Mishawaka, Indiana. The family would later relocate to Connecticut, where she would meet and marry the love of her life.

An avid bowler, golfer, and tennis player, her passions for life ran deep, her deepest passion however being that for family and friends. Devoted wife, supportive mother, and loyal friend, she had a positive influence on all those fortunate enough to have known her.

Bev is survived by her two sons, John T. Allen and his wife Barbara and Kevin M. Allen and his wife Elizabeth as well as her three beautiful granddaughters, whom she cherished so dearly, Melissa R. Daigle, Michelle E. Allen, and Jevin KR Allen. In addition to her husband

and parents, Bev was predeceased by her brother, Ronald Wain and his wife Patricia.

Funeral services for Bev and Vin will be held at a later

date. Burial will take place in the Windsor Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association CT Chapter, 200 Executive Blvd., Ste 4B, Southington, CT 06489.
