Joseph Olzacki, named the new superintendent of schools in the Region 14 district, was the director of performing and visual arts for Bloomfield’s public schools from 2001 to 2013. A headline on Page B3 Thursday implied that he was the head of Bloomfield schools.

The Bridge Street Live center is in the Collinsville section of Canton. A community brief on Page B3 on Sept. 16 gave an incorrect location.
