Saturday’s Grand Tasting in the Earth Expo & Convention Center, with samplings of more than 1,000 varieties of wine, beer and spirits and food for purchase from top restaurants in the region, runs from noon to 5 p.m. A full schedule of chef demonstrations starts at 12:15 on the main stage, with appearances by Maneet Chauhan, Betty Fraser, Marcus Samuelsson, Aarón Sánchez, Adrienne Wright, Alex Guarnaschelli, Todd English, Michele Ragussis and Brian Duffy. Bobby Flay presents a Vintage Cru wine tasting in the casino’s Earth Ballroom at 4 p.m., featuring “best of the best” vintages from around the world, with a chance to meet the winemakers. Tickets are $150 and include a $50 gift certificate from igourmet.com.

Saturday night’s Celebrity Chef Dine Around at 8 p.m. features more than 20 top chefs, including Flay, English, Guarnaschelli, Samuelsson, Rocco DiSpirito and many more. The celeb chefs will personally dish out a signature food item paired with a wine, beer or spirit. Tickets are $199.
