Vowing that “we will not rest until we find Jennifer,” New Canaan’s police chief said Monday that the department has created a website with information about the disappearance of Jennifer Farber Dulos.

Police also set up an email address for people who may have tips about the missing mother.

“In addition to the tip line, 203-594-3544, to further gather information regarding Jennifer’s disappearance we now have a dedicated e-mail FindJenniferDulos@newcanaanct.gov and website www.FindJenniferDulos.com,” Chief Leon Krolikowski said Monday morning

Monday marked the 17th day the mother of five has been gone. She was last seen dropping off her children at school on May 24.

Police found blood in her home and said it appeared someone had tried to clean it up. Her SUV was found at a nearby park, but extensive searches turned up no sign of her.

Investigators on Monday continued to search a trash-to-energy plant in Hartford after seeing surveillance video of a man resembling Fotis Dulos, Dulos’ estranged husband, disposing of bags in trash cans and dumpsters in the city the night his wife disappeared. A woman resembling his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, was with him, according to court documents.

Police found Jennifer Farber Dulos’ blood on some clothes and sponges in some of the bags. She and Fotis Dulos are involved in a contentious divorce and custody battle, court records show.

Fotis Dulos and Michelle Troconis were arrested on charges of hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence June 1. Troconis posted bail, but Fotis Dulos did not.

Both are due in Superior Court in Stamford on Tuesday.
