Minnie C. Fahey, 94, of Windsor Locks, CT, wife of 49 years to t he l ate Robert J. Fahey Sr., passed away on April 17, 2021. Born in Hartford, CT, on October 16, 1926, she was the daughter of the l ate Joseph and Lucy ( Cafro) Caruso. She and Robert had l i ved i n Windsor, CT a short time before moving to Windsor Locks in 1955, where she spent most of her life. Mom enjoyed the dog races with Dad, her casino trips with friends and especially BINGO, nicknamed by Robert "BINGOLil." She also loved country music which she frequently listened to. She i s survived by her son, Robert J. J r. ( Gaye) Fahey of Rocky Hill, CT, her daughter, Marion (Claude) Desrosiers of Windsor Locks, her granddaugh­ters Jennifer (Jason) Lyman, Kimberly ( Timothy) Gurney, four great grandchild­ren, Kyle, Marissa, Cole, and Allana, a sister, Elinor (Carmen) Pedalino, two sisters-in-law, Kathrine Cooke and Patricia Nyack, and nieces and nephews. Mom also leaves a dear friend Louise LeBlanc. Besides her husband, she was predecease­d by her brother Justin Caruso. Minnie's family wants t o send out a l oving thank you to the staff at Bickford Health Center, God Bless to each of them.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at St. Mary Church of St. Mary Gate of Heaven Parish, 42 Spring St., Windsor Locks. Her f amily will r eceive r elatives and f r i ends at the Church from 9-10 a.m. one hour prior to the Mass. Committal will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
