It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donald E. Trimmier, Age 74 of Weymouth MA, formerly of Charlotte, North Carolina on May 5, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Linda F. Trimmier, mother

Susie S. Trimmier, niece Leigh S. Merritt and her husband Ishmail, grandniece Peyton S. Merritt, brother-inlaw Brian Frank and wife Lisa and sisters' in-law Claudia Frank and Gail Snowden. He was predeceased by his father Roscoe Trimmier, Sr. and brother Roscoe, Jr. A Vietnam veteran and purple heart recipient, Donald was a Medical Specialist in the US Army. After attaining his Associates Degree in Nursing, he had a long and distinguished 38-year career at Massachusetts Eye and Ear of Mass General Brigham. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
