November 19,1961-April 28,2022

Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, Joe graduated from the University of Michigan in 1984 and moved to the D.C. area where he served his country for 33 years as a decorated CIA officer. Upon retiring in 2016, Joe pursued a second career as an Executive Leadership Coach and facilitator. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie, two sons, Alex Dorsey and Alex Gorman-dorsey, brother John Dorsey III ,sister-in-law Kristen Williams and 2 nieces. Joe's wake and funeral were held in Falls Church, VA.
