Bartlett, Elvira P. (Cabral)

Elvira P. (Cabral) Bartlett, 65, of East Hartford passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with illness. She was born in Guimaraes de Tavares, Portugal and came to the United States at the age of 3 where she was known as Vida to many who loved her. Vida was predeceased by the love of her life and husband Raymond Bartlett Sr. and her parents Gaspar and Lidia Cabral as well as her brother, Nelson Cabral. She is survived by her children, Raymond Bartlett, Jr and Michelle Bartlett and fiancé, Richy Hernandez of East Hartford. Vida will forever be a guardian angel to her grandchildren who she absolutely adored, Ethan, Nathan and soon to be delivered Lillianna Raye. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten by her many aunts, uncles, nephew, cousins and friends.
