Wilma Louise (Morgan) Riley entered into Eternal glory with her Lord and savior Jan 15, 2024. She was born in Morgan County, Tennessee, the fourth of eleven children born to Guy Elbert Morgan and Cordia Alice (Stewart) Morgan.

Wilma spent all her school years in Wartburg, Tennessee, and graduated from Central High School in 1957. In 1959 she moved to Washington, D.C., where she was employed with the FBI. She met her husband John F. Riley in 1960 and they married June 3, 1961 in Washington, D.C. They have been together for more than 62 years.

Wilma enjoyed baking, crocheting, gardening and all of her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Genevieve Morgan, three brothers, Lloyd David, Wayne Thomas Morgan and Paul Richard Morgan, and Step Daughter Deborah Anne (Riley) Cadle. She is survived by sisters Mrs. Rosa Rickers, Alice Yvonne Stogner (husband Al), and Virginia Gail Burgess husband (Jimmy). She is also survived by brothers, James Samuel Morgan (wife Terri), John Wash Morgan (wife Rita). J. C. Morgan (wife Sandra). She is also survived by her children David Alan Riley (wife Rhonda), Rhoda Colleen Cool (husband Dave), Step Daughter Patricia Louise D'angelo (husband Frank). She leaves behind five grandchild­ren and five Great Grand children and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home,106 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday Jan 18. Memorial services will be held at South End Baptist Church, 506 Carrollton Drive, Frederick, Maryland at 10 am Friday Jan 19., Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway (Route 15), Frederick, Maryland immediatel­y following the services.
