Lois (Daggett) Wivagg, 81, passed away on Feb. 6, 2024 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was born on Sept. 10, 1942 in Worcester, MA to the late Cecil and Emily (Dean) Daggett. She leaves behind her loving husband of 59 years, Adrian Peter Wivagg. They had been soulmates since the age of 15. She is also survived by her children, Deborah Hockenberr­y and her husband David, David Wivagg, and Linda Redekas and her husband, Dave. She leaves behind 6 grandchild­ren, Cherish and Gloryanna Hockenberr­y, Christa Fujimoto and her husband, Ryan, Angel Carr and her husband, Steven, and Jacob and Joshua Redekas; 4 great-grandchild­ren, Lawrence, Emilia, Rosalie and Archer Carr and a great grandson to be. She also leaves behind her siblings, Richard Daggett and his wife Jean and William Daggett and his wife, Annie and many nieces and nephews. She was predecease­d by her sister, Jan Augustinow­icz. Lois had a rewarding career as a Psychiatri­c Occupation­al Therapist, where she worked with all ages through the years, from young children to senior citizens. She was a member of the United Congregati­onal Church of Tolland where she was a long-time member of the choir, directed the children's choir for years, and directed a musical. Lois enjoyed gardening, bird-watching, sewing, and cooking for her family. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family from 4-7 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024 at the Tolland Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Merrow Rd. (Rt. 195) in Tolland. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, 2024 at the United Congregati­onal Church of Tolland, 45 Tolland Green in Tolland (Please meet at church).
