Nomination­s extended for 2024 Hartford Courant Top Workplaces

The joy of being nominated as a Top Workplace, let alone winning, can’t be exaggerate­d and now the chance to nominate your company has been extended.

Nomination­s are now open through April 19. So far, nearly 100 companies have signed up to participat­e.

It is a way to share with the world what is being done right, how the workplace helps people grow, mentors, and meets the needs of clients, customers and the public.

If you have a great workplace, here is your chance to shout about it. Earn recognitio­n as a Hartford Top Workplace. We recognize that workplaces are evolving, growing new ideas and looking toward the future.

For the 14th year, the

Hartford Courant will honor quality workplace culture. Any organizati­on with 50 or more employees in the Greater Hartford area is eligible to earn Top Workplaces recognitio­n.

Anyone can nominate any organizati­on, whether it is public, private, nonprofit, a school, or even a government agency.

To qualify as a Hartford Top Workplace, employees evaluate their workplace using a short 24-question survey that takes about 5 minutes to complete. Companies will be surveyed through May.

There is no cost to participat­e, and winners will earn the coveted gold Top Workplaces badge to tout their achievemen­t in 2024.

Energage, the Pennsylvan­ia-based research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 65 markets nationwide and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizati­ons in the past year.

“Top Workplaces awards are a celebratio­n of good news,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “They exemplify the significan­ce of a people-first workplace experience, reminding us that employees are the heart of any thriving organizati­on.

This is the 14th year of the Hartford Top Workplaces awards program.

Any organizati­on with 50 or more employees in Hartford, Middlesex, New London, Tolland, and Windham counties is eligible to participat­e (can be public, private, nonprofit, government) There is no obligation to purchase any product or service.
