Kamehameha volleyball camp

Hawaii Tribune Herald - - SPORTS -

The Kamehameha Schools girls volleyball program is hosting its annual “All Day, All Night, All Volleyball Camp” June 3- 7 for high school students and June 4–7 for 2nd to 8th graders.

High Schoolers and upper-level youth players go “All Day, All Night” for 4-1/2 days and the middle 2nd to 8th graders go 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily.

Participants may bring their own lunch or may purchase lunch at the camp. For working parents, “Early bird drop off” is 7:30 a.m.

The high school session is a sleepover camp and starts Sunday, June 3 with check-in at 3 p.m. Head clinician will be Guy Enriques, coach for the Kamehameha girls volleyball team.

The major focus of the camp is the development of basic volleyball skills and will include lots of mini-games and tournaments. Having fun and developing a passion for the game is the overall goal. Space is limit, so register early and avoid the late fees.

Registration forms are available at the Kamehameha athletic department, Sportsline or download the form from the Kamehameha Schools athletic website. For more information, contact Guy Enriques at 808-217-2253, enriques@hawaii.rr.com or Sam Thomas 808-333-7825.
