Stand with heels to­gether and feet turned out; bend knees slightly. With a 3-lb. weight in each hand, raise arms out to sides, palms faceup ( A). Rise onto tip­toes, pulling el­bows into sides ( B). Re­turn to “A”; bend el­bows and curl weights to­ward shoul­ders ( C). Re­turn to “A” again; re­peat se­quence.
