NAPLES - Rich McGraw, 79, passed away on October 3, 2023, in Naples, FL. Rich’s wife, Peggy (Fox) McGraw, and his loyal dog, Bandit, were by his side when he peacefully passed away at home. Rich was born on February 15, 1944, in Cincinnati, OH, to Maude Caudill and Raymond Caudill. He is preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Jacqueline McGraw Smith (Tony).

Before retiring to Florida, Rich had a successful career at Eagle Manufactur­ing in Northern KY. He was a dedicated employee who made valuable contributi­ons to the company.

Rich was a beloved member of the community and will be remembered for his kindness and sense of humor. He leaves behind a loving family, including his wife Peggy, sons Charles McGraw (Lura), Carl McGraw, daughters Michelle Pence Tucker (Rocky), Denise Rachford Gilbert (Mitchell), grandsons Stephen McGraw, Aaron McGraw (Amber), John McGraw, Drew Tucker, Tyler Gilbert, Seth Tucker, Levi Tucker, granddaugh­ters Mariah Johnson (Michael), Nannette Gilbert, Madi Tucker, and Elli Tucker.

In his free time, Rich enjoyed playing and watching tennis and golf. He also had a passion for metal detecting and cherished the company of his good friends, Gary Vance and Gary Cook, both from Northern KY.

Rich was a member of First Baptist Church Naples, where he found solace and strength in his faith.

A memorial service will be held in Northern KY in the spring, as Rich was not a fan of cold weather. Details of the service will be announced closer to the date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Avow Hospice or the Dementia Society of America, organizati­ons that were close to Rich’s heart.

Cremation was handled by Legacy Options Funeral and Cremation Services in Bonita Springs, FL.
