How bad is it picked eeds e

Unless you want to spend your summer thinking that everyone’s grass is greener, don’t do it. Turns out that even plucked ones can proliferate. “Weeds have seeds in them, and when you toss them onto your grass and then walk or mow over it, they spread,” says Chris Lambton, host of Yard Crashers. That applies to flowering kinds such as dandelions and thistle, as well as grasslike varieties including crabgrass and nutsedge. Although the pull-and-fling method may seem convenient, it’ll cost you time, effort, and money. Chris dumps weeds into an old painter’s bucket, but any container or bag will do. “I put on a podcast when I’m out there,” he says, “to make it relaxing.”
