With so many CCW permit holders clamoring for pocket .380s, more companies began offering subcompacts. There are some great options out there, but in my opinion, the Remington is a standout. At first blush, it looks like many of its competitors, but the RM380 has a number of classleading features. It’s easy to manipulate the slide and the well-designed, ambidextrous magazine release. The beavertail design is comfortable and encourages a high grip. With a flush fit and extended magazine, you’ll be able to have full control or maximum concealability. This hammer-fired .380 has a long, heavy-but-smooth trigger pull, and although the sights are very basic, the design won’t snag when you draw.

This pistol measures less than 1-inch wide and weighs just over 12 ounces, making it a great option for concealment under the lightest clothing.
