A Cowboy’s Collection

This buckle collection means a lot to my husband, Roy Decker. He started competing in rodeos in 1950 and has won quite a few belt buckles, but the ones that mean most to him are the ones made by silversmith Eddy Hulbert. Roy is 82 and still loves horses and rodeo.
