The people behind Specialized Saddles’ Western division, TW Saddlery, hand-build and hand-tool saddles one at a time to specifications at their Texas workshop. From the company owners to the employees and their children, all ride in and recommend TW Saddlery saddles.

The company gets its saddle trees from one of the oldest and most reputable U.S. manufacturers. Years went into developing a bar that works perfectly with Specialized Saddles’ patented fitting system. The saddles feature Grade 1, top-quality English bridle or skirting leather, with seats fashioned from soft, supple leather from the Napa Valley.

TW Saddlery’s trail saddles are billed as some of the most lightweight and comfortable available, with layers of premium foam in the seats and weights starting at 17 pounds. The Trail Light, part of the Light series, is a crossover from Specialized Saddles’ Eurolight. A top-selling endurance saddle, the Eurolight is notable for its precision fit on a horse’s back and the comfort it affords riders on even one-day, 100-mile endurance treks.
