Taylor leaves with injury

Dynamo center back Jermaine Taylor, one of the team’s most important players over the past two years, suffered a left shoulder injury in the eighth minute Saturday night in the 2-0 loss to the New England Revolution.

Taylor suffered the injury after colliding with New England forward Dimitry Imbongo on a clean 50-50 challenge.

Taylor fell awkwardly and immediately tugged at his left shoulder.

Dynamo trainer Theron Enns rushed to check on Taylor and immediately called team physian Dr. Kaare Kolstad to evaluate the Jamaica national team star on the pitch.
