Background, experience benefit Claudia Hellmund’s clients
Clients working with Claudia Hellmund, real estate agent with Keller Williams Memorial Realty, benefit from her long and diverse career history.
Hellmund holds a degree in architecture from UAT University of Tamaulipas, Mexico.
“My architecture background gives me the sensibility and expertise in construction building and the ability to perceive and appreciate details. This background also helps me help my clients when they are interested in a particular home,” Hellmund said.
She also has 22 years in marketing and retail business, which helped develop her skill set as a strong negotiator and entrepreneur at a very young age.
“In real estate, marketing is very important, especially to those selling their home. So this is one of my strong skills, which helps sellers move their property efficiently,” Hellmund said.
Hellmund strongly believes that a well-informed buyer/seller, in all facets of real estate transactions, empowers them to make a confident decision.
Therefore, she understands that one of her key roles as a real estate agent is educating her clients on the process.
Ensuring she is up- to-date with the market and knowledgeable about the many different areas of the real estate market, Hellmund has continued her education, adding numerous designations and specializations to her resume.
A few of the courses she has completed include Certified Negotiator Expert and Certified Home Marketing Specialist.
“The additional courses leading to the designations and specializations helps provide top-level customer service. These courses also show my dedication and willingness to work hard for my clients’ and to inform them of the latest market trends,” Hellmund said.
Hellmund is fluent in both English and Spanish, which is also beneficial in a multicultural city.
“I have lived in Houston for 17 years. I personally relocated and have purchased several homes. So I not only understand the process, I have gone through it a number of times. So I understand what clients go through during the transaction process, so I am able to ease their stress,” Hellmund said.
Hellmund is particularly adept in handling the requirements of international clients with sophisticated real estate portfolios.
All of this experience and education has led to success for Hellmund, and she has been the top listing producer in 2012 and 2013 in the Keller Willliams Memorial office.
Hellmund is also significantly involved in the community, and is an active volunteer. She is an avid yoga student and enjoys scuba diving.
“Staying fit is important, it helps keep my mind sharp and alert, my energy level up, and keeps me going, which is another benefit to my clients. My clients need and want an agent that is on top of the market, knowledgeable and able to meet their needs. Having the energy and being mentally strong is part of this,” Hellmund said.
However, with all of her activities, real estate remains her focus and passion.
“I love what I do, I love helping people and helping their real estate dreams become reality,” Hellmund said.
