Heritage Texas Properties is delighted to announce the return of Mary Steele, a renowned real estate educator and coach, who will lead the company’s Professional Development Program. As Director of Professional Development, she will launch the performance-based training program developed by Heritage that ranges from the fundamental training needed to jump-start individuals beginning their careers in real estate, to the most advanced coaching available for our highest performers.
“Heritage Texas Properties recognizes that to offer the highest level of service to our clients,” said Robin Mueck, Heritage President and CEO, “we must place a high value on competency and accept only the highest level of performance from our associates. To ensure that we deliver on this, we must provide an ongoing learning environment to enhance the skills of our sales associates.”
“Heritage Texas Properties leads the industry with its team of knowledgeable professionals,” said Steele. “I am honored to be able to share my passion of continued learning through personal coaching and training with this incredible group of professionals.”
Mary Steele brings real world application and a relevant and uplifting development program – all in compact delivery methods that are convenient and flexible and allow associates the option of learning 24/7 in whatever method they prefer, from distance learning, video conferencing, video training, or one-onone personal training with well-defined expectations and accountability.
“Having served on the broker lawyer committee for 6 years in Texas,” said Mueck, “Mary has a keen understanding of Texas law and is well known for her legal expertise and her inspiring style. Mary’s winning attitude and credible experience is a huge leap forward for all those who make the time and commitment. Her ‘suit up and show up’ message is one that fuels success. We feel very fortunate to bring Mary into the Heritage family at a time when the focus is on customer experience and adapting to today’s business climate.”
