New Birnham Woods access road opens at Falls at Imperial Oaks

-

These days, new construction is visible in nearly every corner of Houston. To keep up with the demand of the real estate resurgence, one busy developer in particular, Holcomb Properties, has built more than 100 new units at the Falls at Imperial Oaks and has finished a new access road that connects the community to the future Grand Parkway Toll Road.

Jim Holcomb, the developer of Imperial Oaks and Falls at Imperial Oaks and Brian Jarrard, director of land development for Holcomb Properties, have finished a mega road and bridge extension project at the Falls, paving the way for residents to get home faster by expanding Birnham Woods Drive.

The extension will offer a more convenient straight shot to the master-planned community, connecting Northridge Forest South to Elan Boulevard, in turn connecting travelers to the future Grand Parkway Toll Road.

Another recent extension at the Falls, the Senova Ridge section, offers 90 additional lots for Lennar and Ryland Homes. Lennar Homes brings the “Everything Included” experience to Senova Ridge, and Ryland Homes offers eight floor plans ranging from 1,669 square feet to more than 2,500 feet, with three to five bedrooms.

In addition, The Falls finished the newest gated section inside the community, Sundance Lakes. The Estates at Sundance Lakes will be a custom home section atop massive 102-foot by 150-foot lots introducing Partners in Building models to the neighborhood.

The Estates will feature the first set of lakefront homes available in the community, offering residents a water view of the 12-acre Sundance Lakes with fountains.

More on the horizon, The Enclave around the lake will feature patio homes by David Weekley Homes. Newcomer to the Falls, Village Builders, is building out a section called Serrano Bluff, which is off Birnham Woods between Senova Ridge and Holly Creek. Village Build-

ers brings its Heartland and Provence Collection series, which are not offered in any nearby communities.

“Not only will the new access road at Birnham Woods Drive bring more value to homeowners living in the Falls at Imperial Oaks, but it adds more value to the entire area,” said Jim Holcomb, president, Holcomb Properties.

A ribbon-cutting celebration ceremony will be held 1:30-2 p.m. on Feb. 4 on the bridge at Birnham Woods Drive, north of Elan Boulevard. It will be hosted by Holcomb Properties and special honorary guest, Commissioner James Noack, Precinct Three, Montgomery County. The event will feature music by the Birnham Woods Elementary choir led by Hope Louviere. The community is encouraged to attend.
