Sheinall, a native of Galveston who resides in League City, is a TREClicensed Core and MCE instructor, past HAR and TAR director, and recent graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program.
Her 19-year knowledge of the Brazoria and Galveston counties’ residential markets assures that her contribution will provide a solid foundation for gaining the confidence and respect of her Coldwell Banker agents in the Pearland, Friendswood and Manvel markets.
“What interested me most about returning to Coldwell Banker is their national reputation and the fine Coldwell Banker United agent and management group,” Sheinall said. I am also excited about the continued growth of the city of Pearland and the possibilities that presents for our agents and customers.”
The Pearland office was a natural fit for Sheinall, as the office has a long reputation of fine service to the markets of Brazoria and Galveston counties and the surrounding areas of southcentral Houston.

My tenacity, professional ethics and fairness will hopefully create an energetic atmosphere in the office,” Sheinall said. “We will continue to set the highest standards for professionalism and ethics. One study suggests that Washington’s real estate holdings, after adjusting for inflation over the years, would make him the fourth-wealthiest American today, behind only Microsoft’s Bill Gates, investment guru Warren Buffet and Internet entrepreneur Larry Ellison, of Oracle Corp. — David Myers, King Features
