Amanda Simpson’s clients benefit from her knowledge, effort

Real estate agents can log into different websites, and see many of the homes on the market that the general public does not see, such as those by owner.

Realtors also have knowledge of listings coming up from other agents that are not general knowledge.

“This is just one of the reasons why it is important to work with a professional real estate agent,” said Amanda Simpson, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty.

In Houston’s tight real estate market, buyers have a better chance at seeing homes that fit their needs and goals when working with a Realtor than trying to go it alone. There are simply more facts, figures, documents, and details that Realtors know, and are used to working with than what is general public may be aware.

“Purchasing real estate is investing in your life, investing in your future. So, it is important to handle the negotiations and contracts in an efficient and time-sensitive manner to be successful,” Simpson said.

Simpson, a native Houstonian, is known for her customer service, working hard and meeting clients’ real estate goals. During the school year, she is also attending the University of Houston part-time at night to complete her business management degree.

Clients are surprised she is only 23, because she has knowledge beyond her years. However, she is following in the footsteps of her mother, who was also a real estate agent for many years, so it is in Simpson’s DNA.

Simpson contributes her success to the intense training Keller Williams provides after an agent receives her licenses and prior to working with clients, as well as her past work experience.

“I love real estate and I see it as my life’s career. The classes I am taking will benefit my clients in all areas,” Simpson said.

However, when it comes to customer service, she has had some of the best training possible.

“When I was in school, I worked as a bartender and waitress. In these positions, it was important to have the social skills to get along with the diverse customers, be upbeat, and have excellent time management.

“But most of all, it was important to hear what your customers wanted, work quickly, and make sure they were satisfied. These are some of the skills I bring to my real estate clients,” Simpson said.

Simpson is also computer and marketing savvy. A research guru, she knows the secrets in finding the perfect home that fits her client’s needs and lifestyle.

“When a client calls, I set up a meeting as soon as possible. We go over their goals, and their timeline. My clients trust me, and they trust that I will meet their goals. This is very important to me,” Simpson said.

Simpson’s office is located in Sugar Land, in Fort Bend County. However, she works with clients in all areas in and around Houston, and in all price points.
