Community offers new homes from $350,000s by Ryland, Trendmaker

West Houston’s Cinco Ranch is spotlighting more than 12 new homes by Ryland and Trendmaker that are available for movein from now through fall. Priced from the $350,000s to $420,000s, they are located in Bandera Glen, a popular neighborhood near a recently opened recreation center and a Katy Independent School District elementary school opening in 2016.

Ryland homes available include the Forte, the same plan as its decorated model home in Bandera Glen. Priced $388,491, it has an open kitchen with a unique semicircular island. An 18-foot ceiling highlights the family room, which has a corner fireplace and overlooks a covered patio.

Ryland also offers the Stretto, a two-story home with four bedrooms and 3½ baths. Priced $375,726, this 3,122-square-foot home has a family room with an 18-foot ceiling and corner fireplace, a covered patio and game room.

Ready for July, Trendmaker’s Plan F503 is the same design as its fully furnished model home in Bandera Glen. Priced $432,515, this four-bedroom home has a two-story family room and casual dining room overlooking a covered patio. The master suite and a guest suite are downstairs. It also has a study and game room.

Trendmaker also spotlights Plan F555, a one-story home with four bedrooms and 2½ baths. Priced $357,812, it has a butler’s pantry between the kitchen and dining room. It also includes a family room with a corner fireplace and a covered patio.
